- Co-owner Blake Harden majored in Business Marketing and minored in Psychology at Oregon State University. He travels internationally on behalf of SMT. Prior to taking the helm at SMT Harden worked for Cameron Family Glass as Director of Customer Service and Carbon Accountant for the world’s only environmentally-friendly wine bottle manufacturer. He also worked for Sourcing Management Group, an environmentally-friendly clothes and ink company as a researcher in Thailand, Laos, and most of Eastern Europe.

- Co-owner Josh Sommer majored in journalism and computer science in college and has had extensive search marketing training. He was a writer and researcher at The Oregonian for nine years. He sharpened his copywriting and SEO skills while working with marketing companies in Portland, Oregon including The Curiosity Group and Pop Art, and The Metal Building Industry Of America in Ohio. He has worked on SEO for companies of all sizes, from Carrier HVAC, Leatherman Tools and Hewlett Packard to local start-ups and mom and pop store fronts.
